I came into this program feeling really down on myself and my eating habits. Right from the start, I felt so supported and understood. It was so refreshing to hear someone combating diet culture and debunking the crazy claims we see on social media all the time. Kayla helped me to learn to be mindful and be kind to my own body, and even though I'll still struggle with both of those things, I have the tools to help me to continue to grow. 10/10 highly recommend this program!
